Leveraging Pattern Object Model for Efficient Test Automation

In the realm of software testing, the challenge persists: how can testers, especially those lacking coding experience, contribute effectively to test automation? The traditional approach of relying solely on developers for automation can lead to inefficiencies, especially concerning team dynamics and continuity.
