What this site collects
Short version: nothing. The longer version, and the formal policy, are below.
Where the formal policy lives
ISTA's personal-data-protection policy is published as part of the terms document. It is written in Bulgarian, in force from 16.07.2018 г., last amended 31.03.2023 г., and it names Асоциация за иновации в софтуерните технологии as data controller at София, бул. Цар Борис III N 136 а.
What this website does
Every item below was checked against the built site rather than assumed. If any of it changes — an analytics provider, an embedded map, a newsletter form — this page must change in the same release.
- No analytics or measurement provider is installed. No page-view or event data is collected.
- No advertising, remarketing or tracking pixels.
- No cookies are set by this site. It has no login, no session and no cart.
- Fonts are self-hosted, so no font request reaches a third party.
- No embedded maps, videos, comment widgets or social scripts. Every request the site makes is to its own domain.
- The site is static files. There is no server-side application collecting form data, because there are no forms.
Where your data does go
- Buying a ticket
- Checkout is handled entirely by bilet.bg. You leave this site to pay, and their privacy terms apply to whatever you enter there. ISTA never sees your card details.
- Emailing us
- Mail sent to info@istacon.org reaches ISTA's own mailbox. That is a normal email exchange, not a form submission.
- Hosting logs
- Whoever serves these files keeps standard server logs. Ask us if you need to know what the current host retains and for how long.
Your rights, and who to ask
Your GDPR rights — access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection and portability — are set out in the published policy. To exercise any of them, or to ask what the organisers hold about you, contact the data controller directly.
