ISTA has published prices and what a ticket covers. It has not published its conditions of sale. Rather than write plausible-sounding terms, this page separates the two and gives you a route to a real answer.

Access to the whole conference day. ISTA publishes one included-benefits list for the section rather than a per-tier comparison, so every tier gives the same access — that list is shown with the tiers above.
Yes. Every published price carries the note “with VAT”. ISTA publishes no net price, no VAT rate and no invoicing detail, so if you need a VAT invoice or company billing details, ask info@istacon.org and get the answer in writing before you buy.

ISTA publishes no refund, cancellation, exchange or name-change terms for this edition, and this page will not guess at them. If either matters to your purchase, ask info@istacon.org first.
