Nikolay Avramov

Nikolay Avramov has over a decade of experience as a Quality Assurance Engineer. His story, however, doesn't start with software - it starts with circuits. Graduating from a specialized Electronics school and earning a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from the Technical University of Sofia, he built his foundation on one uncompromising principle: systems must work reliably in the real world, not just in theory. That mindset carried him into software quality, where he grew from Telerik Academy Trainee to Technical Director and Co-Owner of Automate The Planet - passing through every level of the QA discipline along the way. Today he embeds himself into organizations as an Automation Architect, helping teams transform their entire approach to testing and automation from the inside out. He has helped compress release cycles from once a week to three times a day, contributed to BELLATRIX - one of the most advanced open-source .NET testing frameworks - and continues to shape the next generation of engineers as a Lecturer at Telerik Academy and a speaker at international conferences.
