Ilia Krastev is a seasoned leader in the knowledge-intensive and technology sector, with over 20 years of experience in building, scaling, and managing innovative companies, products, and services with international reach.

As Managing Partner of A Data Pro, Ilia has led the company’s transformation into a leading international provider of data solutions, media intelligence, and risk intelligence services for global clients across multiple markets.

Ilia also holds the role of Chairman of the Bulgarian Employers’ Association for Innovative Technologies (BRAIT) and is a Board Member of AIBEST, where he contributes to strategic dialogue between business, education, and government institutions. His work is focused on modernising education, strengthening the talent pipeline, and fostering a predictable investment environment that can position Bulgaria as a competitive regional technology hub.

Ilia Krastev holds an MBA from Cotrugli Business School, a Certificate in Global Management and Leadership from Ritsumeikan Asia Pacific University, and a specialisation in Human Resource Development in Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises from Tokai University.
