Global teamwork to drive product innovation

Modern software development teams are increasingly global: team members are located in several different time-zones, speak different languages and have significant cultural differences. Creating a highly collaborative and cohesive team is challenging with distributed team members. However, it is business-critical for development teams working on the same product, since different parts of the product are closely interlinked.
